DELIVERY POLICY

There is a $20.00 Delivery Charge to the following areas:

  • Edmonton (within city limits)
  • Bon Accord
  • Fort Saskatchewan
  • Gibbons
  • Sherwood Park
  • St. Albert

There is a $30.00 Delivery Charge to the following areas:

  • Ardrossan
  • Beaumont
  • Leduc
  • Morinville
  • Redwater
  • Stony Plain
  • Spruce Grove

We deliver to all funeral homes, hotels, hospitals, and care facilities. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box. If your recipient has a rural address, delivery arrangements will have to be made by contacting our floral shop at (780) 472-9470.

INFORMATION ACCURACY

Please provide the correct address and phone number for each order. Our staff will call ahead to ensure the recipient is home to receive their flowers. If the recipient is not home when staff calls, we will notify the sender to make alternate arrangements for delivery. We thank you for your cooperation in providing the necessary information to help make the delivery process as smooth as possible.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Same day delivery must be ordered by 12:00 pm. All orders placed after 12:00 pm will be delivered the next day or as requested otherwise. Call (780) 472-9470 to book.

Deliveries made on special Holidays or Valentine’s Day may vary. We are not able to guarantee an exact time of delivery. Please order well enough in advance to ensure your place on our delivery roster.

Delivery Confirmation: We will send out a confirmation of delivery of your online order via email. If you wish to contact us after business hours, please email flowershop@kuhlmanns.com. We will contact you by phone or email on our next business day.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

When placing an order, please be aware that some flower substitution may occur due to seasonal availability (this also applies to colours and containers). However, we guarantee that your order will always retain the equivalent quality of flowers and style you expect for each and every order. Fresh flowers are a perishable product, so our designers make every effort to satisfy every client’s wish. If no appropriate substitution is available, our staff will call and discuss your order to make alternate arrangements. When cold weather persists, we will ensure your flowers are wrapped appropriately according to the temperature to ensure safe delivery. Our aim is to please every customer.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied in every way, please contact our friendly floral staff at 780.472.9470 within 48 hours of receiving your flowers. We will resolve the situation with a satisfactory solution immediately. If you are in need of product care, please do not hesitate to call or email us. We will be happy to provide you with the appropriate instructions.
